WOBURN, Mass., March 22, 2022 — Optical TransceiversO-band nWDM QSFP28 optical transceivers from SiFotonics Technologies Co. Ltd. feature 8 × 100-G extended reach for 5G and data center applications.

The 8 × 100G-ER1-nWDM enables customers to deploy 4 × 100 G on a single fiber, or 8 × 100 G on one fiber pair, with the advantages of low latency, low power, and low cost on QSFP28 and SFP56-DD form factor. Users can deploy multiple 100 G over extended reach with single fiber, without any active amplification or dispersion compensation.
