Optical Tunable FilterThe FS02 - BraggMETER Filter from Hottinger Baldwin Messtechnik (HBM) GmbH is an optical tunable filter suitable for static or dynamic optical filtering applications.

Featuring low-voltage excitation and a wide tuning range, the device integrates proprietary cavity design without guiding optics, resulting in a compact, robust and vibration-resistant device. It features a free spectral range of ≥80 or ≥100 nm centered at 1550 nm. A significant signal-to-noise ratio is featured, with side band rejection of >20 dB. Enhanced thermal stability of <1 nm/°C is also provided, with a finesse of 700.

Applications include test and measurement, telecommunications and fiber optic sensing.
