The CSM100L2S four-pin LCC4 phototransistor optoisolator/optocoupler from Isocom Ltd. is radiation tested and designed with cyclotron using 200 MeV for displacement damage.

The devices offer a small form factor to accommodate designs with limited board real estate; higher temperature operation of −55 to 125 °C for system reliability; selectable current transfer ratio ranges characterized at low LED currents for design flexibility; 90-V breakdown voltage; and high isolation voltage of 1000 Vrms for desirable insulation characteristics. The Optocouplers are Halogen-free, Pb-free and RoHS-compliant to meet green environmental initiatives.

Applications include use in DC/DC converters, battery chargers, general-purpose switching circuits, and programmable controllers.
