GRANTS PASS, Ore., Feb. 16, 2015 — Siskiyou IS-OGPThe IS-OGP by Siskiyou is an optomechanical module designed for integration of external laser beams into microscopes used for optogenetics experiments.

It positions the focused laser stimulation spot — 10 µm typical with 20× objective — with submicron accuracy anywhere within the field of view. It features independent X- and Y-axis positional control of the focused laser spot, as well as an integrated fiber connector and collimator. It is suited to visible and near-infrared excitation.
