World Star Tech has released two green laser diodes with an optical output of 30 and 50 mW.

Mounted in a 5.6-mm package, the PLT5-515 and PLT5-520 diodes have wavelengths of 515 to 520 nm. Internal mobile diodes allow easy, cost-effective laser assembly integration.

Their argon plasma coagulation capabilities and eye-safe power outputs are suitable for use in the medical, defense and machine vision industries.
