The XYZ Overhead Gantry from IntelLiDrives Inc. is built with precision ball screw actuators and offered in travel lengths from 100 to 600 mm.
The device can be motorized with stepper motors, brushless servo motor/encoders or integrated SMART motors. It features an XY stroke from 100 to 600 mm, a speed of 100 mm/s, and a resolution of 5 μm. Contactless end-of-travel limit sensors are featured, and it can be fitted with an optional third rotary module axis for XYR configuration. A self-supporting rigid structure supports industrial applications.
