DURHAM, N.C., March 24, 2020 — Pyralux AG from DuPont Electronics & Imaging is printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing material for advanced electronics.

The all-polyimide, double-sided copper clad laminate is offered in both sheets and rolls with global availability. It is compatible with conventional flexible circuit fabrication processes including oxide treatment and wet chemical plated-through-hole de-smearing. With high dimensional stability, moisture and insulation resistance, and high tear and peel strengths, the material provides robust thermal resistance without halogen.

It is ideal for use in high-volume consumer, medical, and automotive applications.
