Evanescent PC Controlled variable couplerThe Model 905(P)-M is a variable ratio fiber coupler, the ratio can be remotely controlled with a PC (through a USB port), or manually. Available in SM non-PM and PM versions, wavelengths from 760nm to 2um. Standard coupling range 0-99%, other ranges available. Ultra-low loss of <0.1dB, PM version has high PER of <-24dB. Manually control only version also available. Units can be incorporated into custom fiber assemblies incorporating other devices such as piezo-fiber stretchers, fixed ratio couplers, polarizers, etc.
