PEM200 Photoelastic ModulatorPEM200 improvements include a fully digital circuit, SCPI protocol, and USB communication. The PEM200 is ideal for measuring linear and circular dichroism and birefringence, ellipsometry, and analysis of light polarization. The new PEM has the same high sensitivity (10-6), wide acceptance angle (±40°), and modulation purity as previous generations. Available wavelength ranges are from the vacuum-UV to mid-IR.
