The PEM200 is ideal for measuring linear and circular dichroism, birefringence, and ellipsometry, and for analyzing the polarization properties of light or materials. PEM200 features high sensitivity (10-6); wide acceptance angle (±40°); highly accurate sinusoidal retardance; and wavelength ranges from vacuum-UV to mid-IR. PEM200 improvements include a fully digital circuit, SCPI protocol, and USB communication.
