piezosystem jena GmbH The Tritor 100 SG Compact is a three-axis piezoelectric nanopositioner that provides 100-µm motion per axis. Suitable for optics and laser tuning, fiber positioning, micropositioning, imaging and scanning microscopy, the actuator-based device manufactured by piezosystem jena GmbH measures 40 X 40 X 34 mm. It delivers subnanometer positioning with a closed-loop motion of 80 µm in the three axes, without mechanical play or friction. The actuators are integrated in a housing with internal lever transmission. Optionally, the device can be prepared for vacuum and low-temperature applications.
