EOS.jpgPCD-3kV and PCD-10kV Pockels cell drivers have been introduced by EOS Optronics GmbH to provide the fast and high-voltage switching required in high-power laser applications. Both are supplied in a compact aluminum box that can be positioned directly adjacent to the Pockels cell. The high-voltage driver leads can be specified to run from the back of the box or from the underside, so the units can be mounted directly above the cell. Maximum repetition rate for the 3kV is 1 kHz and, for the 10kV, <2.4 kHz.
