The carriage moves on low-friction PTFE compound bearings that are adjustable to customize preload. The slides can be motor-driven; stock units have 5- to 85-in. travel ranges. Load capacity is 300 lb, and repeatability is 0.0002 in. The devices have a five-year limited warranty and are available as components or complete automation systems.
