Gigahertz-Optik Inc. The TR-9600 from Gigahertz-Optik Inc. is a high-speed data logger and pulse form analyzer for use with xenon flashlamps and pulsed IR LEDs and lasers. It combines a 100-ns-slew-rate signal amplifier with a 10-megasample-per-second datalogger and a 512-k sample transient recorder for analysis and recording of peak power, single-pulse energy, as well as pulse width, shape and repetition rate. It operates by remote control via an RS-232 or an IEEE-488 interface and the company's software, compatible with Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and XP. The software features a trigger function, time base, and gain and sampling rate selection.
