DITZINGEN, Germany, May 12, 2023 — The TruTool PS 100 part separator tool from TRUMPF SE & Co. KG removes small parts quickly and easily from the scrap skeletons of 2D laser cutting machine processed sheets.

The pneumatically powered device separates parts with nanojoint and microjoint connections in steel, chromium steel, aluminum, or special steel material thicknesses of up to 0.47 in. It can be operated with either hand, or both hands, providing an ergonomic design for high efficiency and operator relief. To meet the requirements of most users, two different types of air connections are provided: one with a diameter of 0.2 in., and another with a connecting thread of 0.25 in. The tool meets ISO standards and other international requirements.
