Patterned Thin-Film Optical FiltersDSI can photolithographically pattern coatings to deliver filter arrays, fiducials, apertures, and many other coatings with features down to 20 µm, on substrates up to 8 in. in diameter. We specialize in supporting customers in the development of coatings for unusual or challenging substrate geometries for applications ranging from multispectral sensing and imaging, through colorimetry and remote sensing.
