ibidi-GmbH.jpgThe μ-Dish35mmgrid-500 from ibidi GmbH is a 35-mm petri dish with a relocating grid that has a repeating unit size of 500 μm, suitable for the repeated individual analysis of multiple cells under a microscope. The setup allows for easy relocation of cells in numbered rectangles. It enables cell counting, counting events per defined area (transfection efficiency), a reference structure for cell movements, treatment of defined single cells (microinjection) and relocation of transfected cells for clone picking. Each field can be identified by letters and numbers. The surface of the dish can be hydrophobic or tissue-culture-treated.
