PhaseCam 6100 Laser InterferometerThe PhaseCam® 6100 is an extremely compact, lightweight interferometer for measuring flats, spheres, aspheres and optical systems. With an internal source, 4-MP sensor and motorized controls, the PhaseCam is ideal for measurements in challenging locations — without vibration isolation — including on the factory floor, in measurement towers and in cleanrooms. A high-speed option provides up to 500 fps (for 1 MP array).
