NewFocus_FiOModulator.jpgIdeal for atomic spectroscopy, metrology and laser-cavity locking, these new phase modulators from New Focus incorporate a new design to achieve twice the efficiency. The new KTP (potassium titanyl phosphate) versions also offer up to five times higher laser damage threshold. Available for the visible or near-infrared, they complement New Focus modulator lines, both broadband and single frequency, from DC to 9.2 GHz. New modulators are now available with an extended three-year warranty (some restrictions apply). They can be used with convenient and compact drivers to produce high modulation depths at frequencies up to 2 GHz, or with four- and five-axis aligners for easier alignment.
