CHUNAN, Taiwan, March 3, 2015 — SemiLEDs Corp. has announced its phosphor-converted LED chip series in amber, green and red colors.

Utilizing the company’s ReadyWhite phosphor technology to minimize blue passthrough, the InGaN chips maintain higher luminous flux, efficiency and lumen maintenance over time and temperature compared to monochromatic LED chips.
