The IPKISS 3.8 photonic design platform from Luceda Photonics enables design teams to manage, test, and validate photonic intellectual property (IP) libraries.
A new layout feature, waveguide bundle routing, and improved functions for the analysis of optical transmission spectra are included. Photonic IP building blocks are tested and validated in various conditions during the design phase, such as layout, connectivity and simulation. Bundled connectors can be created with little code. In addition, IPKISS' spectra analysis functionalities have been consolidated by introducing the Spectrum Analyzer function to perform optical transmission spectra analysis.
