Picosecond LaserThe Spectra-Physics IceFyre 355-50 industrial UV picosecond hybrid fiber laser from MKS Instruments Inc. delivers >50-W ultrashort pulses and repetition rates up to 10 MHz.

The model is ideal for high-throughput, high-quality micromachining in production lines. With programmable burst mode, advanced triggering, and widely adjustable repetition rates, the IceFyre 355-50 offers versatility for process optimization and adaptability to new materials and requirements. It also provides 10-ps pulse widths with adjustable repetition rates. Featuring pulse-on-demand and position synchronized output triggering, low timing jitter, and built-in dynamic power adjustment, the model provides precise control for high-speed processes.

The laser enables cold micromachining in high-volume manufacturing of 5G electronic components and flexible printed circuits, OLED and flexible displays, solar photovoltaic cells, and many other materials and devices.
