Picosecond Pulsed Laser Diode Driver
Analog Modules Inc.Request Info
The Model 767 Picosecond Pulsed Laser Diode Driver from Analog Modules Inc. is ideal for applications that require pulse widths of <1 ns.
Unlike gain-switched drivers, proprietary technology offers user-adjustable pulse width and amplitude control via the on-board potentiometers. The laser optical pulse width adjustment range spans from <100 ps to >1 ns at up to 3-A output current depending on the laser diode characteristics. Repetition rates from single shot up to 1 MHz are achievable across the full pulse width range.
The 767 is provided in a compact OEM package compatible with different laser diode package types and requires a 5-V power supply and trigger source.
