Sensor options: Piezoresistive (lower cost) or capacitive (higher stability & linearity). Piezo-Z lens positioners/fast autofocus solutions. Millisecond response, Travel to 1000µm. Ultra-Stable, long-travel XY piezo-motor microscope stages. Self-locking piezo linear motor ensures significantly higher stability than conventional stages. Low profile, compact design. High velocity to 150mm/sec.
