The P-545 PInano^® family from PI is a piezo stage family for applications including biological imaging, semiconductor inspection, photonics testing, particle tracking, 3D imaging, and super-resolution microscopy. The stages integrate space-tested piezoelectric drive technology along with position feedback sensors for nanometer precise measurements. The P-545 PInano family features closed-loop control, sub-nm resolution, multi-axis flexibility, and a digital servo piezo controller and driver with USB.
