Suitable for biotechnology and life sciences applications, the device has an accuracy of ≤50 nm and a repeatability of <30 nm. It offers 10-nm resolution and has a velocity of up to 15 mm/s. The device has an expected lifetime of 20,000 h and features four high-precision guiding rails and two piezomotors.
