Pigtail EmittersMarktech Optoelectronics Inc. offers a series of pigtail emitters, offering high reliability in a hermetically sealed metal can package for demanding applications.

The devices are 2 mm in diameter, less than half the size of a standard transistor outline TO-18 or TO-46 device, offering more user flexibility.

The MTE4064PT-UR, MT4064PT-UR and MTE9440PT pigtail emitters are offered in a variety of lens types for narrow- or wide-angle illumination patterns. A selection of emitter and detector chips with tight binning are also available.
