The PixelSensor multispectral photodiode array from PixelTeq offers eight wavelength-selective photodiodes on a 9-mm2 sensor for multispectral applications including portable color monitors and industrial and scientific instruments.

The device integrates spectral filters at the sensor level, enabling multispectral sensing on a smaller scale. Its 20-pin leadless chip carrier package can be surface- or socket-mounted, and customized OEM versions are available with user-defined spectral bands.
