Pixelligent New PixClear 4-packPixelligent, the leader in high-index materials, is proud to announce the release of a new line of products that ease integration with applications such as Display and Printed Electronics and offer the same benefits to device performance. Pixelligent’s PixClear® product line is now available in two different solvent systems, low boiling ETA as well as standard PGMEA. In addition, these materials are available in both 20% and 50% loadings for PixClear® PCPG and PixClear® PCPB. Our new ETA 4pack provides low boiling point nanocrystal dispersions, easing integration in customer manufacturing processes. Pixelligent’s materials deliver revolutionary optical performance in optoelectronic applications for Solid State Lighting, Displays, and Optical Components. Incorporating our materials significantly increases the refractive index of many commonly used polymers, while maintaining high transparency. This combination of key properties allows customers to optimize optical efficiency and improve light extraction. Pixelligent’s materials are engineered to deliver these benefits without impacting other key material properties, such as mechanical and thermal stability, viscosity and lifetime reliability.

In addition, these liquid-process dispersions can be easily integrated into existing manufacturing processes. PixClear® zirconia dispersions can be tailored for specific polymer systems and manufacturing technologies. PixClear® 4-pack is a starter kit for first-time customers, and is now available in both ETA and PGMEA. These kits include individual 100g samples of our PixClear® PA, PB, PG and PN materials for customers to determine the optimal product for their application. All four are compatible with many polymers, including acrylics, siloxanes and epoxies. Each material has different capping agents and slightly different chemical properties. PixClear® PB is designed to crosslink with acrylics when cured. These dispersions are available in PGMEA (bp = 146 °C) and ETA (bp = 77°C) to allow customers to tune dispersibility and processability for their requirements. All 4-pack products can be purchased individually as 50wt% dispersions in PGMEA and ETA. PixClear® PB and PG are also available in 20wt% dispersions in PGMEA and ETA for ease of integration with lower loading applications.
