The XY-BSMA-WJ series from IntelLiDrives, Inc. are low-profile stages designed for industrial robots, fiber optics and photonics, vision systems, semiconductor equipment, medical component laser machining, among other applications. The XY stages use stiff crossed roller mechanical bearings for support and smooth motion as well as pre-loaded ball screws for higher speeds. Servo motors and linear encoders can be added to the XY-BSMA-WJ stages for more precise positioning and accurate feedback.
