The SPP-200 from Satisloh uses a plasma jet for non-contact chemical material removal with zero mechanical stress on the lens. It uses mid-spatial frequency error correction with a processing area of just 1-2 mm. The SPP-200 uses integrated contactless measurement and calibration tools. The system has superior shape accuracy with minimum subsurface damage and micro-cracks. The system minimizes iteration cycles using a deterministic, dwell-time-controlled correction process.
