WARRINGTON, England, May 31, 2022 — Plasma Process AnalyzersThe ESPion series of Langmuir probes from Hiden Analytical Ltd. are bolt-on plasma process analyzers designed for plasma diagnostics.

The ESPionSoft multi-level software package offers simple control of the system, giving direct information relating to plasma stability and reproducibility. ESPion systems are offered with a range of standard sampling options to suit a broad range of plasma applications. For high-temperature applications, the probes feature integral gas cooling. Software automated self-cleaning cycles limit probe tip contamination. For pulsed deposition processes, time-resolved measurements are offered to 50-ns time resolution.
