Polymer Nanoparticles
Stream Bio Ltd.Request Info
Conjugated polymer nanoparticles (CPNs) from Stream Bio Ltd. have all the beneficial features of existing fluorescent markers while avoiding the use of heavy metals.
A polymer-based, nontoxic core provides the benefits of nanoparticle-based labeling to in vivo imaging and products including human safety trials. The range of applications include molecular imaging, flow cytometry, secondary antibodies, Förster resonance energy transfer, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, western blotting and lateral flow assays.
Conjugated polymer nanoparticles can also improve the performance and reliability of rapid diagnostic tests, such as in tests for HIV and syphilis, and can be used in cell and deep tissue imaging. The ability to magnetically manipulate the particles allows precise control of cell movement, enabling rare cell purification and tissue engineering.
