Jasco.jpgThe RMP-300 series portable Raman spectrometer systems from Jasco Inc. incorporate a fiber optic probe with a small X-Y-Z stage, a compact laser, a high-throughput spectrograph and a CCD detector. The optical fiber coupling enables remote measurements by locating the probe at the sample. Of the two models with a fixed wavelength range, the RMP-310 features a wave number range of 200 to 3200 cm–1, resolution of 3 cm–1 and a 532-nm laser; the RMP-315 features a wave number range of 200 to 3500 cm–1, resolution of 4 cm–1 and a 785-nm laser. The RMP-320 and -325 models have wavelength-scanning capability. The RMP-330 and -335 research-grade models employ a high-resolution monochromator with a 300-mm focal length.
