Diversified Technologies Inc. has released the HVPS series switching-mode, fully integrated, solid-state compact pulse power supply, which eliminates the need to connect several smaller switching power supplies for powering accelerators, e-beam systems, radar and plasma processes.

The power supply provides 1- to 100-kV adjustable output at power levels up to 200 kW and uses tap water for cooling.

It can be configured to user requirements, and it features <0.1% ripple and regulation with <10-J stored energy, depending upon the configuration. Suitable for a wide range of industrial and research applications, it offers full overvoltage and overcurrent protection up to 30%, or preset to ±0.1% maximum ripple.
