Power in a Small PackageThe SemiNex Laser Engine is an integrated laser diode system designed for manufacturers seeking low-cost, high-volume sources. Applications include home medical use, sensing, illumination and targeting. The Laser Engine includes a high-efficiency laser, convection-cooling heat spreader and optical lensing element, all within a radial heat sink shell. The system is available with SemiNex 1470, 1532 and 1550 nm laser diodes; custom wavelengths are also available.
