Pressure-Sensitive AdhesiveThe Cyro-Weld 5303FT UV-VIS-LED light curing, medical-grade, pressure-sensitive adhesive from Incure Inc. is used as gel pads for sticking of sensitive electronics components, wafers and heat-sinks, among other things.

The product cures in seconds, providing a pressure sensitive adhesive-feel surface and shear strength of up to 3 kg. Incure 5303FT exhibits low water absorption and shrinkage properties. The product is transparent and fluoresces under blacklight to aid in-line and outgoing quality inspection. It is 100 percent solid and contains no volatiles.

The adhesive can be used as gel pads for silicon wafers, laminates for smartphones, pressure-sensitive labels, high-performance tapes and labels, nonskid cleanroom floor mats, temporary repair for leaking pipes and more.
