SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 18, 2020 — Prism Color CameraThe Apex AP-3200T-10GE 3-CMOS prism color camera from JAI Inc. is a 3.2-MP device that delivers full resolution, 24-bit RGB output at 106 fps.

3 × 10- and 3 × 12-bit output are also supported. The interface is equipped with integrated auto-negotiation technology, providing automatic backwards compatibility to NBASE-T and traditional 1000BASE-T output for customers running vision applications on lower-speed Ethernet standards. Sony Pregius IMX252 1/1.8-in. CMOS sensors provide 2064 × 1544 pixels of 3.45 × 3.45 µm.

The camera is used by vision system designers to achieve better color differentiation and spatial precision than Bayer color cameras for demanding color vision applications. Through the 10 GigE interface, users can take advantage of the long cable runs, networking capabilities, and other benefits of GigE Vision without sacrificing the frame rate of their system.
