Its proprietary patent-pending process achieves surface-lapping precision down to 10 μm to achieve high processing yields. Programming is made easy through an intuitive graphical user interface. The tool can run continuously and unattended, through its embedded sensors and the eMicro laser processing software. A fully automatic process is enabled, including loading, measuring, lapping, inspecting, unloading, and data logging.
