Pulsed Green Fiber LaserThe Spectra-Physics® SPFL 532-40 pulsed green fiber laser from MKS Instruments Inc. features >40-W output power and up to 180 μJ pulse energy.

The SPFL 532-40 features TimeShift programmable pulse capability and dynamic, real-time adjustment of pulse repetition rates for optimal processing results. The SPFL 532-40 is ideal for demanding manufacturing applications in consumer electronics and clean energy. It provides flexible burst mode operation with adjustable pulse widths, pulse separation, and number of pulses in a burst. The laser operates with adjustable repetition rates from single shot up to 2 MHz and delivers a high quality, near diffraction-limited output beam for high-quality micromachining results.

The SPFL 532-40 is ideal for the cutting, scribing, and drilling of brittle materials, solar cells, semiconductors, printed circuit boards, flat panel displays, lithium-ion batteries, ceramics, and fine metal parts.
