BRADFORD, Mass., Aug. 5, 2016 — Lumina Power Inc. has announced the LDP series of pulsed laser diode drivers for the industrial market.

Capable of 10-kW peak power and 300-amps output, the diode driver can output pulse widths from 30 µs through continuous wave. With a rise time of <10 μs, pulse widths equal to 50 μs can be achieved with repetition rates to 5 kHz.

Standard analog/TTL control with options for RS232 or Ethernet configurations allow the user to continuously modulate current, pulse width and frequency.
