Q-Max Compact Precision StageThe Q-Max series is suitable for high-precision, high-stability positioning. Applications are optical metrology, micromachining, laser focusing, semiconductor manufacturing and more. For position feedback, a linear encoder provides resolutions of 50 nm and optional 1, 2 nm. Low noise, high rigidity with payloads to 25 Kg, near-zero heat generation and near-infinite life expectancy. A tooling plate allows custom mounting holes for payload interfacing. Q-Max is also ideal for vertical Z-axis installations; available with travel length from 25 to 100 mm.
