Fotofab RF and EMI ShieldsShields are used to limit the transmission of electromagnetic waves and prevent interference in sensitive electronic devices. Whether you have radio frequency (RF) or electromagnetic interference (EMI), Fotofab shields are able to restrict waves from entering or leaving a device.

For over 50 years Fotofab has been helping customers, across all industries, create custom RF and EMI shielding. Through our unique photochemical etching process, we are able to manufacture extremely precise parts. We offer a selection of standard shield sizes to be purchased on our website, and an endless opportunity for custom designed shielding. Our engineers have 20+ years for experience when it comes to designing shields.

Shields can be shipped flat attached to the sheet, flat detached from the sheet, or formed. Varying shipping options are also available.

Etching Dimensions:
     •  24”x36” max sheet size, typically 12"x18" sheets
     •  0.0001”-0.062″ thickness
     •  MOQ of 2 sheets
