RTHM-174 Micro Rotary Stages
IntelLiDrives Inc.Request Info
PHILADELPHIA, July 27, 2010 — IntelLiDrives Inc.’s RTHM-174 micro rotation stages are designed to rotate optical components and small tooling in confined spaces, such as laser cavities, disk texturing machines, and manufacturing areas for fiber optical components and semiconductor devices.
The stages’ lightweight low profile design incorporates an anodized aluminum body with pre-loaded ball bearings. This proprietary bearing design provides smooth rotation with minimal wobble. A precision ground worm gear produces consistent driving torque to the rotor and eliminates variations in the motor current.
The stages produce an angular resolution up to 0.2 arcsec, which may be achieved with either DC servo or stepper motor controls. They are equipped with a reference home sensor, can run in continuous rotation mode, and can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
They feature a small footprint of only 40 mm and are 25 mm high, with a center aperture of 11 mm.
