The RTGOM-Si01 radiometer and RTGLS-Ar01 light source from L and M Instruments are suited for monitoring deposition and coating processes in harsh converter environments.

The RTGOM-Si01 radiometer’s silicon detector allows sensing in the UV, visible and near-infrared ranges, and the threaded ring allows insertion of standard 25.4 mm/1-in. optical filters and diffusers.

The RTGLS-Ar01 is a broad-spectrum argon lamp that can be filtered with the same 25.4 mm/1-in. optical filter profile for measuring metal deposition levels.
