Raman AnalyzerThe Virsa™ Raman Analyzer from Renishaw PLC is a versatile, fiber-optic-coupled Raman spectroscopy system designed for reliable and detailed remote analysis.

The device enables the expansion of Raman spectroscopy to a new range of samples and environments beyond the confines of a laboratory microscope. The system includes a spectrometer with one or two internal lasers, and the dual excitation option enables users to avoid fluorescence by switching between wavelengths at the touch of a button. Users also have a choice of video fiber probes: the VFP10 for general and bulk sampling or the VFP20C for high-spatial-resolution confocal measurements.

The Virsa Raman Analyzer’s modest footprint allows for transport and use on a benchtop or mounted in an industry standard 19-in. rack.
