NORCROSS, Ga., Feb. 3, 2023 — The 150-W Raman Fiber Laser Module from OFS leverages the Fiber Laser Building Block platform for rapid customer integration and development.

The system serves as a high-brightness pump source for other fiber and solid-state lasers. It increases the performance of Raman lasers designed for pumping erbium-doped fiber amplifiers. Applications include next-generation lidar, free-space optical communications, solid-state lasers, medical applications, and test and measurement.
