Raman MicroscopeThe RM5 Raman Microscope from Edinburgh Instruments Ltd. is a compact, automated system suitable for analytical and research purposes.

The confocal design of the RM5 offers high spectral resolution, spatial resolution, and sensitivity. It features up to three computer-controlled, integrated narrowband Raman lasers for ease of use, enhanced stability and a reduced footprint. A five-position grating turret provides a spectral resolution of 1.4 cm-1 and optimization over the full spectral range of 50 to 4000 cm-1.

Up to two integrated detectors, including high efficiency CCD, EMCCD and InGaAs arrays, provide low noise, increased speed, high sensitivity, and a wide spectral range.
