PISCATAWAY, N.J., May 26, 2023 — The LabRAM Odyssey automated Raman microscope from HORIBA Scientific is a remotely controllable system for micro and macro measurements.

The system offers enhanced user-friendliness, expanded functionality, and advanced confocal imaging capabilities in both 2D and 3D. It also incorporates Video-Raman Matching for precise calibration of optical and chemical images and Objective Adjustment for maintaining the region of interest in the field of view. Additionally, the LabRAM Odyssey Semiconductor version is designed for semiconductor process engineers, offering high-resolution imaging on large wafers, automated sample handling, and a dual-functionality for Raman and Photoluminescence spectroscopy.
