Designed for routine research, the Apollo II enables scientists and engineers to measure the Raman spectra from microscopic samples or microscope sampling areas of large samples such as semiconductors. A powerful tool for microanalysis, the Apollo II is a self-contained unit that features laser technology, an advanced optical interface to the microscope, a powerful Raman spectrometer and advanced software for instrument control and data analysis.
The system is designed for use with up to three lasers.
